Welcome to 432Convert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our audio frequency conversion platform and related services. By accessing or using 432Convert, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, our services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

Third-Party Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to convert any audio content you upload. We do not verify copyright ownership and are not liable for any copyright infringement claims.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that continued service would harm our systems or other users.
