This Privacy Policy explains how 432 Hz Player handles information when you use the app, purchase a subscription, import local audio files, or contact support.

Plain-language summary

432 Hz Player is designed to work primarily with audio files already on your device or inside your system media library. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not upload your imported songs or embedded artwork to our servers as part of normal playback, retuning, equalizer, or library features.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • Support messages: If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your email or request.
  • Purchase-related information: If you buy a subscription, the relevant app store may send us receipt or transaction data needed to validate your purchase status.

Technical and request data

  • Device and app information: Such as app build, platform, operating system version, device model, language, and timezone.
  • Service request metadata: Such as timestamps, request signatures, and basic identifiers used to secure requests and return the correct content or subscription status.

Information stored locally on your device

  • Imported audio library: Song metadata, file paths, playlists, local artwork cache, pitch settings, equalizer settings, and other in-app preferences.
  • Media-library references: When you sync or reference songs from your device music library, the app may store identifiers such as media library persistent IDs so the app can reopen those items later.

2. How we use information

We use information only as needed to operate and improve 432 Hz Player.

  • Deliver app functionality: To play audio, remember your library, restore preferences, and apply pitch or EQ settings.
  • Load online content: To show in-app learning content, subscription product details, and related app resources.
  • Validate purchases: To confirm subscription status, restore entitlements, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Support and troubleshooting: To respond to support requests and investigate technical issues.
  • Security and compliance: To protect our services, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable law.

3. Audio files and media access

If you grant access to the Files app or your system media library, 432 Hz Player uses that access only to import, reference, display, and play audio you choose inside the app.

Important

Imported songs, local artwork, playlist composition, and frequency settings are primarily stored on your device. We do not upload your personal music collection to our servers for normal app use.

4. Subscription and payment processing

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us. We may receive limited purchase-validation data needed to confirm whether your subscription is active, expired, in trial, or eligible for restoration.

We do not receive your full payment card number. Payment handling is governed by the policies and terms of the store through which you subscribed.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only in the following cases:

  • Service providers: Hosting, infrastructure, security, and operational vendors acting on our behalf.
  • App stores and payment platforms: To validate purchases, restore subscriptions, and manage billing-related entitlements.
  • Legal obligations: If disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal protections.

6. Data retention

Information stored only on your device generally remains there until you delete it, remove the app, or clear the relevant local data. Server-side operational data and subscription records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, support, and legal compliance.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Permissions: You can deny or revoke Files, media library, or other permissions through your device settings.
  • Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
  • Data access or deletion requests: You may contact us to request deletion of server-side information that can reasonably be associated with your support request or subscription status.

Because much of 432 Hz Player's library and settings data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app or clearing local data may remove that information without requiring a separate server-side deletion request.

8. Children's privacy

432 Hz Player is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the issue.

9. International processing

We may process operational data in jurisdictions other than your own. Where we do so, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the type of information involved and the services being provided.

10. Changes to this policy
